CONGRATULATIONS AND THANK YOU!!!!
THANK YOU! A sincere thank you to all of you who helped this weekend with taking the airdome down. THANK YOU to: Committee members - who helped plan the weekend, Crew leaders - who helped organize volunteers to execute specific tasks, and Volunteers who showed up ready, willing, and able to do whatever necessary to finish the job.
CONGRATULATIONS! We accomplished a milestone this weekend by being the first group to complete "Bubble Down" by Saturday night. The airdome was taken down, materials were stored away, and the pool was made ready for practice - all by about 6:30pm on Saturday. None of this would have been possible without your time and commitment to the Birmingham Swim League.
We'll celebrate this great achievement, the accomplishments of all our swimmers, and the completion of yet another year at BSL's Annual Banquet to be held at Vestavia Country Club on Sunday, May 6th from 3:00 until 5:00 pm. Hope to see you there.

Mark your calendars for Sunday May 6th from 3:00 until 5:00 pm. Our annual Spring banquet will be held at Vestavia Country Club. It will be an ice cream social. We will also have a video/slide show and recognize swimmers for their individual and team achievements.
The cost is $10 per person. Please RSVP to Patti Eggers (peggers@bellsouth.net) by Monday April 30 with a number of how many from your family will attend. We need a count so we can be sure to have enough ice cream and toppings! Your escrow account will be charged after the event.
This is a great way to spend time with your teammates (of all ages and training groups) wearing something other than a swim suit, swim cap, or parka. Please join us as we celebrate another successful year of swimming for BSL and look forward to the Long Course season.
